This role is pivotal in Worldpay’s ability to deliver these solutions to our customers. You will be at the forefront of this process by managing an existing portfolio of PoS Software providers by training and incentivising them to sell our Worldpay Total proposition. You will also be building new relationships and helping drive our solutions in to new sectors and territories by bring new partners on board. You will meet some of the most important names in the PoS Software market, raising your profile as a payments expert, and setting you up for a career in payments.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will be working closely with your partners to become a trusted advisor and helping them position and sell our Worldpay Total solution to their customers. We know our products will help their customers businesses prosper and grow and it is your responsibility to ensure that message is delivered by the partner to their customers.
Initially you will need to understand how the Worldpay Total solution works, how our partners integrate to it, and how Worldpay delivers the full solution. Part of your role will be to assist your partner’s sales process in making sense of the customer’s needs and requirements, and how the value of Worldpay Total solution fits those needs.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
Our ideal candidate will be many things, a team-player, self-motivated, a strong relationship builder all that - but perhaps first and foremost we need someone who can learn quickly, and become the trusted advisor to our Partners. The ideal candidate will also be a liaison to the business functions that design and support the Worldpay Total solution to help drive continued innovation and customer satisfaction.
You will need at least three years experience of the payments industry, preferably Integrated Point of Sale solutions, but this is not essential. Experience of working via channel to exceed targets is also preferable.
You will have some complex challenges to understand and overcome so being smart and resilient is going to be vital. You’ll be well supported by the team but being able to work off of your own initiative is going to be key to success in this role. You’ll also be working with highly demanding teams where results are needed quickly so being able to manage a broad range of stakeholders at all levels is a must.
