How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
In this customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing new integration approaches to help our customers perform better. Running all timelines you’ll use your exceptional project management skills and experience to work on about 15 projects at any one time. The clients you work with operate in Gambling, Digital Content & Retail industry. As a go-to expert, you’ll work directly with the sales team and customers to seamlessly integrate our suite of products. You’ll also plan and deliver customer training on product functionality, to help maximise the value add to their businesses.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have some experience in managing multiple projects with external customers, preferably in an Implementation or Project Management role, ideally in a technical environment. We are a fast moving business, having good project management skills and strong communication skills are a must in order to be successful in the role. Also, you are comfortable in working with internal stakeholders and external customers.
