The Campaign Analyst is a brand new role that will help to build this capability and will play a key role in delivering excellent customer communications. There are huge opportunities to drive value from our customer data and this role will be absolutely key to working with our marketing teams to understand where these opportunities are and to kick start work to take advantage of them. The Campaign Analyst will be repsonsibile for generating campaign data for a range of different campaigns across multuple teams and channels.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Your role will be crucial to making Worldpay UK sales and marketing activity as effective and efficient as possible. Initially you will need to understand how data serves each stage of the customer lifecycle and to work closely with marketing teams to fully understand their needs and challenges. We know we have huge opportunities around integrating data sets, enhancing our customer data and providing a joined up campaign management capability. Your role will be to make sense of these, to work out where the most value is and to put in place a plan of work to realise that value.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers and customer data. With at least 2 years’ experience performing campaign extractions in a marketing capacity and an excellent proficiency in SQL.
