How will I add value on a day to day basis?

You’ll be providing support by investigating and resolving customer complaints. You’ll identify the root cause; challenge the status quo where required and drive change. You’ll work in a high profile team, using your Worldpay knowledge and excellent communication skills to get the best result.  It’s fast paced and FCA regulated so we expect you to bring lots of focus, energy and resilience to the team.

This is an opportunity to work in a challenging and problem solving environment where you can affect our customer’s experience, question our processes and influence change with key stakeholders.


What will make the ideal candidate?

Your communication and relationship building skills will be excellent. You’ll empathise with customer issues whilst seeking the most appropriate solutions. You’ll have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to demonstrate good problem solving skills. In addition, you will be a specialist in what you do and offer advice and guidance to the business. There’s lots of opportunity to influence change. We need you to be confident, working accurately at speed while using a number of systems.
